WSYA Workshops

The WSYA Events are coming to and end and we have one more thing on the agenda before the closing BBQ - the WSYA Workshops.

There are 4 workshops in total, each one will last 45 minutes and help the Winners get even more inspired. 

Workshop 1:

My workshop, shared with Adam Itzkowitz a WSYA Winner from 2009 was focused on building synergies between winners to help them achieve their goals and dreams and take their projects from where they are to where they need to be. We talked a little bit about expectations and how to interlink projects to achieve the all of the MDGs. The winners came up with great ideas of what they need and how they can collaborate. Some of the key ideas are listed below and may be helpful for other youths interested in collaborations:

• Share content
• Share contacts / networks / readers / followers
• Share links
• Share sources for funding 
• Network continuously  
• Learn about each others projects
• Share resources (Funds/HR/Skills)
• Assist each other

I believe that these young people will share their resources and help solve each others problems as they all have different strong points.
