It is Monday morning and I am getting ready to board the train towards Salzburg from Munich where I arrived after a long trip....

The train ride is lovely - the bavarian country-side is amazingly beautiful and the silhouettes of the mountains shimmer in the distance. 2 hours of lovely sights and scenery and I arrive in Salzburg, hop in the cab and arrive at the WSYA team office. The team is young and dynamic and ready for me to get my hands dirty. They show me the planned events, posters, postcards, banners and lists of winners and VIPs that are attending the Winner Events in New York in a few days....the countdown has begun.

Salzburg is a relatively small but absolutely beautiful city in Austria. The streets are small, the people are friendly and the food is good...........what more can anyone ask for?

But there is not much time to enjoy, there are programs to be designed, new software skills to be developed, events to be discussed, my panel chair activities to be prepared and lots and lots more....

With every day that passes New York is drawing closer and the team is getting more and more prepared.
